Welcome to the foliopiece.com website and platform (collectively, the “Website”).  This Website is maintained and operated by FOLIOPIECE STUDIO (“Company”). References herein and throughout the Website to “we”, “our” or “us” refer to Company. By using the Foliopiece website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Foliopiece scarves are textile accessories where the illustrations are hand-drawn. The fabrics are delicate and therefore the products require special care and attention. Slight variations in pattern, size, and hemming should be expected.

1. About Foliopiece

Foliopiece ("we," "us," or "our") is a scarf brand that designs and sells scarves and related accessories directly to customers through our website. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any purchases you make with us.

2. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupee (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 

3. Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on our website. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays or customs processing for international orders.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. Foliopiece is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier. Foliopiece does not refund for lost packages but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.

4. Returns and exchanges

We want you to love the product you receive. In case you are not satisfied, please contact us at hello@foliopiece.com within 3 days of delivery and we will guide you on how to return the product. Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of item's delivery, and following the same steps  outlined in the returns section. We will send an invoice if there is a difference in price between the two items exchanged (or a refund, if needed). Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

The product will only be accepted for exchange/return provided they are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever and in their original packaging with tags attached. 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Product descriptions

We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including colors, materials, and dimensions. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, or the handcrafted nature of certain pieces. These variations do not constitute a defect.

6. Intellectual property

All scarf designs, illustrations and content on the Foliopiece website including product photography, design, copy, branding, and graphics is owned by Foliopiece and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Use of our website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from our website
  • Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Impersonate Foliopiece or any other person or entity

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foliopiece shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order to which the claim relates.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Taxes

Residents of India will automatically be charged an 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
