Free shipping

Foliopiece offers complimentary shipping on all orders delivered within India. There is no minimum order value required — every purchase ships free, regardless of size or quantity.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST or on Sundays and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery areas

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are outside India and interested in Foliopiece, feel free to reach out.

Failed or missed deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier. Foliopiece does not refund for lost packages but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.

Foliopiece is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages.
