Refund policy

We want you to love the product you receive.

In case you are not satisfied, please contact us at hello@foliopiece.com within 3 days of delivery and we will guide you on how to return the product. Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of item's delivery, and following the same steps  outlined in the returns section. We will send an invoice if there is a difference in price between the two items exchanged (or a refund, if needed). Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

The product will only be accepted for exchange/return provided they are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever and in their original packaging with tags attached. Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased during a final sale or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned outside the 3 day window

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 4-5 days after initiating the request.
